the HD stream is god awful.

someone explain how they can stream HD perfectly from the middle of the pacific ocean on tavi with no issue but trying to get 720p from Franch is impossible.

Andino/Taj heat was great...seeing Dane wax Fanning is unreal. Fanning is just watching Dane run away with it...

Yea...(this will sound a bit sadistic but...) I actually like to see them struggle a bit rather than the ski assist. Normalizes them a bit. Fanning bailing his board to dig under some of the waves, etc.

As well...interesting a lot of them are opting for quads (as mentioned on the webcast). Most set-ups seemed a bit pushed back--especially that shot of fannings on the round pin.

i agree. I can relate more without the assist.

The quad setups are very intteresting. Looks more like a big wave setup then the standard quad. Parko has a similar setup.

I agree...those quad setups with the cluster pushed back and the rear pair moved a bit in towards the stringer work better in large waves and seem too stiff for doing quick turns in small or mushy waves.
