On this balmy Friday afternoon in the backyard, just finished a Ballast Point (San Diego) Big Eye IPA.

 

A Dominion Double-D IPA at the moment with super-late lunch: a chicken cutlet supremo from Iannone's.

 

Ending this week with 7 and coke on the deck with the dog, old reggae, and the hurricane lamp. Enjoying the stillness for a moment.

 

Dang, that sounds like paradise for sure.

Gaffer you crack me up amigo, and thank ye sir. Funny because I've been doing a lot of thinking, and man I'm quite proud of how much I slacked, and boogied, the last 5 years up until now. Not that I'm not happy meow, I am...I mean I need a cpl fkn waves, it's been a month...but ya know, just a lot of prompted reflection.

The one year I was in a union, the Polish dudes I worked with made me sweep, all day, for two weeks, when I was on light duty after smashing a finger. They got to just hang out in the supply shop when they got hurt. So I'm not a Teamster anymore either.

But this Fedex gig will help me get some disiprine back, and rid me of my baby bump.
