I finished the bottle of Merlot last night with my dinner. I grilled us both a medium rare Ribeye Steak that was nicely seasoned and marinated all day in Dale’s Seasoning. My wife sautéed mushrooms and onions, made smashed potatoes and fresh green beans. I only have red meat a few times per year so it was a treat.
Yeah, steak is a treat here. Once the weather warms a bit more, looking forward to firing up the grill. ...I like charcoal myself.
Charcoal is the only way to go. We also use wood chips in the smoker which gives the meat a great flavor as well.
