I’m not above drinking any alcoholic beverage. I do prefer a good IPA these days, but I switch it up often because I tire of things easily. I have drank my fair share of cheap beer, ain’t nothin wrong with it!
Bought my wife some Bud Light Orange. Tasted a bit like orange Gatorade. Not my thing. Much prefer the PBR.

Free beer in Florida. They must wanna go bankrupt. How many of you guys have been to the Coors plant in Boulder? They had to start limiting the free beer several years ago lol
I drank 1 (one) Lagunitas Maximus IPA last night and woke up feeling like I was hit by a truck this morning. It was delicious but I don't think my insides liked it as much. I normally drink 2-3 gin and tonics a night so I know it wasn't the alcohol.
Thank you Jeebus! The beer garden was a staple at BG for years, when they got rid of it I imagine their business dropped off. It’s always nice to stop by and get a free cold one or three.
Had a pitcher of Rudy’s blonde ale... best place to go when you’re in nyc... $8 for a pitcher and free hot dogs
Any of youse guys drink Blue Point Brewing Company’s Hoptical Illusion? It’s out of Long Island NY. It’s a damn good IPA.
I guess not. None of you NY dudes tried it? Anyways, I had Mexican food tonight so I had Margaritas and then went to a local Pub downtown to have a few SweetWater 420’s, we listened to live music and then I had another Patron Margarita. Nice evening all around. Rain held off too which was nice.
It’s flat all weekend so my wife and I are staying in Orlando to have some fun. Last night we went to BB King’s Blues Club and listened to live music and had dinner / drinks. I started with a SweetWater 420, then had a coupl of margaritas. After we walked over to Lafayette’s for more live music and drinks. They had SweetWater Pineapple IPA on tap, and a few Captain and cokes later I was feeling nice and warm. Fun night!
Right now, I'm cooking red beans & rice and grilling salmon right before the rain hits, and drinking cheap, redneck Busch.
1975 I was 15 and my folks took us (me and my younger sister - 11, and brother - 8) to Busch Gardens. I was already dealing weed and drinking before homeroom, pulling straight A's due to it being a Florida public school - now one of the top three in the country - back then not so much. They gave me beer after beer after beer no questions asked. FOR FREE!!! I remember grabbing my younger brother and lifting him up over the bridge over the alligator exhibit. He spun around and got loose from my grip before I could get him 3 inches off the ground, I would have dangled him over the water, and probably dropped him. Once he hit solid ground he spun around and hit me. I was proud of him, and ashamed of myself, but was laughing too hard to process it as my Dad saw it all go down and then he knew I was drunk cause I was laughing so loud and my Mom must have been appalled. I'll have to ask her about it next time we have lunch. Good times!
