I got this suit and an R3 on a good sale last fall and the R4 is too much suit for me. It's been used only twice and is extremely warm for how relatively thin it is. The wool interior grid lining makes a huge difference. It also is double gasketed in the neck and doesn't really flush at all. The suit is a large. I am 6'0",180-185 and it fits perfectly.
