The size is Hyperflex's version of LT, and should fit someone 5'10-6'3" and 175lb-205lb. Suit was used for a total of 3.5 hours in the month of February in New England. It is in perfect condition and has been proven to keep warm and flexible with thermal fleece interior sections (including hood). I like this suit and wouldnt just sell it, except I put on 30 lbs weight training and dont fit into it as well anymore.
