lets step it up a notch and say that the embedded screw is now stripped... sigh.

This is a new board, right? If you stripped a new screw trying to get it out, I don't think the superglue thing is going to work, since the superglue isn't going to be stronger than the original screw. Maybe you should just learn to love the fins that are in there?

take some vice grips and clamp down on the allen key part and twist,if the key is glued to the fin screw. you can buy a screw extractor kit at a hardware store too if u ever get that allen key out and still need to get the screw out-they work wonders sometimes.

No fin is going to make it easier to get a screw extractor in there, good luck.

AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH GOT IT I AM A FRIGGIN GENIUS.

it all started with beer. then i got the idea to drill into the screw with a tiny drill bit. my PLAN was to drill through it and then sink a tiny screw into the screw, then pull it out. poorly conceived, i know. but when i tested how deep i drilled it with my fin key---it fit right in. it still wouldnt retract, but i pushed it right through the other side.

    i am friggin surf macgyver

This is clearly just the beginning of the wrath that Dr. Mustachio will release upon you. I'll make sure to look for the guy riding a fling with an off-kilter thruster setup, attempting to paddle with no arms the next time I'm at Jenness.

use the search tools. There was a thread on this a few years ago. ZAGaffer provided the exact step by step solution to your problem, with pictures.

Dr. Mustachio? I only know one rapester stache these days, and he shaved it. And I saw him at the ****e pipe yesterday... Through a process of deduction, I believe I have discovered your identity sir.

You had a post on all the characters of Jenness. I believe you referred to the Lord of Jenness, who gets to the lot an hour before first light and carries above his lip a mustache of epic proportions as Dr. Mustachio. Maybe I messed up your nickname for him, but he's the man.

Bro, Home Depot, reverse drill two sizes smaller... Just enough to fit into the stripped opening (I'm assuming hex)
That s*** will bite and re-thread on exit. It WILL bite
