Gear for 35 degrees (water temp) this winter are:

    A) One-way ticket to a WC destination, 2 pair baggies, Carver skate, 3/2 wetsuite, surf stick.
    B) Working heat, comfortable couch, Netflix, dope wahine, food supply, booze supply.
    C) Narcotic sleep agents adequate for 90 days hibernation and a MLS listing on your EC house.

trying stuff like using a thin suit and crappy boots and gloves is the reason i have such poor circulation in my hands and feet now. even with the absolute best gear. i still get cold hands and feet.

I actually wear ripcurl 5mil split toe and those new shnazzy excel 5mil 5 finger gloves. And a 5/4 hood. So I'm solid everywhere else. I just feel like its kinda late now to get a 4/3 when I lasted this long...when I also need a new spring suit :/

Eff that breh. There's basically a mountain of snow outside of my crib now. Just this morning it wasn't until I walked outside to go get breakfast when I learned it snowed 5 inches. Don't even watch weather reports anymore. I'm bee-lining for the west next opportunity. Only savage self-masochists would stay in this.

    End rant.

Scored Killington two weeks ago (30 inches in 4 days) and totally fell in love

Nice bud. Good to hear. Haven't been up north since before all the snowfall but I'm sure that was unreal to be in. I hit Gunstock 3x by New Year's and it was fun but limited stoke. You've never been to VT before? Thought you moved to TX?

Everyone should get ready to witness greatness. It's not even 8:15a yet seldom has already hit it big with two classic posts. Watch and learn you newcomers. This is how a SIco HOFer rips posts when they're in the zone.

been to VT a buch. Always liked Killington tho. The job lets me be mobile so I have options. Rutland seems pretty sweet
