The human virus = planet Earth is totally fu***ed
Did anyone watch any of the "Life After People" TV series from about 10 years ago?
Did not know of this series.
Yeah.. it was an interesting concept of how things might revert to plants and animals. The idea that the city could become jungles including all the man made pathways showed how the animals might adapt and succeed Undoubtedly the plants take over the buildings and other structures. I found it interesting.
Intriguing article regarding what's happening in the wilderness that is now Chernobyl, Russia, post-nuclear disaster in 1986.
Thought it intriguing that the animals are thriving, albeit with genetic caveats, due to the absence of humans.
As well, lightning strikes cause big wildfires every year which are not controlled by humans since no one is living there anymore. The wildfires carry huge amounts of radiation in a massive drift that covers all of Europe. The net result is that all Euro residents are being doused with the equivalent of two chest xrays per year, every year, due to this aspect.
There is a row of large homes in our neighborhood almost like this. They apparently compete with each other for the greenest, most weed-free and pest-free yard. One can often smell the chemicals from the sidewalk. I call it "Monsanto Row". Much probably runs down the storm drains in the rain.
Similar to the currently much maligned corn syrup versus the once bad boy sugar. Now sugar is being promoted over corn syrup.
Coca Cola made in MEX with real sugar is so much tastier than the USA corn syrup version
But wait, humans can't effect the climate. We're so tiny and cute.
