has anyone been in the water when a shark appeared? I was surfing coastguard beach, cape cod when a 15 white came up and attack a big horse head seal! I was around 200-250 ft from the attack. He swam right towards me before he returned to his kill! The last 10 ft out of the water was pretty scary because there was a small rip! I ran along the beach paralell with this monster now only 20 yards of shore! It was the size of a station wagon! There was a photographer on the beach who captured the whole thing! I drove the hour in a half back to Boston so geared I almost couldn't drive. Returned there 2 weeks to the day and ran into some of the surfers I was with 2 weeks prior. They were in a circle just about to pray, maybe 8 of them. I quickly squeezed in like a piglet and said the OUR FATHER together. That session was uneventful at least for wide life! Any sea life stories?
