I'm looking for an old longboard or funboard I can beat the crap out of. I'm somewhat new to surfing and I'm riding a 6'2. I can surf but it's a struggle with such a short board. I'm looking for an old long or funboard to have fun on and help build stamina and speed. I'm in NSB and willing to drive for the right deal.

I have no idea about any particulars for the board. Some suggestions on what I should use for these summer waves would be helpful.

I'm in the same spot. I think my shaper has a 6'?" fish for me. Can't wait to get paid. Surfs gonna be up this weekend. I'm stoked.
