I would like to make you aware of the dangers of surfing and being in the ocean if you don't mind?
1st there are Apex predators that prey on surfers and then there's sea lice , jellyfish,man o wars, squid and the man eating bacteria that attacks your flesh!!! seriously stay out of the water!

secondly and maybe most important of all is all the knowledge you'll need before you enter the water with a surfboart. You think you're prepared ? I think not! can you tie a proper knot on the leg rope? do you know which foot goes farthest forward? do you know where the belmar is? do you use wax on the bottom of your board ? Do you watch enough internet videos of pornography before you surf to enhance your pop up? What about sand redone?

Like I said it's not safe and theres so much to be aware of and so many dangers and I haven't even mentioned the parking lot shenanigans that go on. I mean theres windowless white vans and other things to be afraid of.

Anyway I suggest that you stick to this forum for a few years and maybe you'll change your mind.
