Carson - I was there too. S-Turns - crazy amount of photographers. I went down to the lighthouse and caught some of the best surf I've had in years. Big and peeling off the main jetty. I was on the next peak down the beach. SOOO much fun. The day before was definately way out of control. Those way outside sandbars breaking top to bottom barrels. I was hoping too see some tow-ins that day but didn't. I'll post a pic or two of that day when I get home.

I stood, with my son, next to a guy with a 500m Canon fixed length lens for about 90 minutes. If I had half a brain I would have asked him what his site is because I know he got some great shots.

I took a bunch of pictures on the following Thursday, I think it was as the swell was filling in. That was a great week of waves.

anyone from or around LBI going to holyoke? im thinking that or woodenjetty.

also- im about 5'8 and i ride a 5'9 ksmall, do you think thats going to be able to handle this swell or should i borrow my friend's stepup?
