Today I was poking around the internet, trying to find some info on the guy who shaped my longboard (15 years ago).\r\n\r\nSadly, I found this:\r\n

There are so many Shapers out there that make sick longboards? Where are you at maybe we can send you the the direction of a shaper in your area

Thanks for the offer. Not really looking just yet. Gonna ride this one until it dies. Hopefully there will be enough left of it that I can bring it to someone and ask them to duplicate it. It is a lot like a Surfboards Hawaii Model A (triple stringer fanned out at the nose, step deck, concave nose), but with a trimmed in outline, and a little more rocker. Really a magical board.

I grew up spending my summers just up the parkway from you in Avalon/Stone Harbor, used to work at Suncatcher in SH when I was in college. Had to sell the place this year :( Luckily, my in-laws still have a place in LBI. I live near DC, and hit NJ or the Eastern Shore (DE/MD) when the ocean gets a bump on it.
