It's flat and I'm bored and getting nostalgic for some waves so here are the hints. The picture was taken in the Atlantic in April and is less than 150 miles from Jersey so guess the beach where that wave is breaking if you can.

you're probably thinking Jobos, but that's definitely not 150 miles from jersey

in that case, "jersey" in europe still isn't within 150 miles of Jobos

Looks nothing like Jobos in PR and I've been to Narragansett, RI and that's not it either.

Swell administrator dude is closest, you should do this for living or something. But just to pinpoint it the last clue is it's home to the British Surf Association.

And it's not a secret spot WBsurfer, actually pretty commercialized at this particular beach. It's a big surf city and they got the VW vans to prove it, just look at the lineup in the photo and you'll see it's pretty packed even in 45 degree water during winter but there are hundreds of miles of break north and south of X throughout Cornwall where you could find an oasis all to yourself. Big bluffs and cliffs out there like you'll find in the US West coast, well reminded me anyway. I don't think sharing it across the pond is gonna crowd it up this summer anymore then it already is...
