was working out in the gym over christmas break for a week. tons of grasping/pulling the TRX bands, pull ups and weights. everything was good until the next day we had a snowball fight the day it snowed here. the third one i threw my arm lit up. i knew instantly what it was. going to the ortho on th 19th. prolly get a cortizone shot. i hope.
