Yes, before the bouy failed, but a ship measured a 46 foot wave not to far from it. I'll try to get to pensacola beach in the morning and estimate the wave size if I can.

The surf in venice/sarasota was around chest to head with a foot overhead on the sets. Some decent sized barrels it was fun and mostly all lefts at the spot I surfed at. It was really fun.

Same up in Bonita. Funny thing is this morning I checked it, surf was 1ft with a dozen guys out on logs. Half as many people in the lineup this evening when it turned on. Guess a lot of people gave up on it. Not as big as I had hoped but fun and clean. Hopefully it holds up till tomorrow. East coast looks like it'll be getting some action next week.

Wow, "Stay the **** home" turned into "No disrespect" pretty fast didn't it? Are your legs tired from all that back pedaling? I'll see you in "your" lineup tomorrow morning and regardless of your bad attitude and stinkbug stance with your arms flapping all over the place I'll still be cool to you. Hope you catch plenty of those waves you own, I know I will.

Thats funny. Whats funnier is the gas you are about to waste. Checked it this morning, thigh high in Bonita. This week is looking fun on the right side of the State. Hope some of Hannah's swell makes it south of Palm Beach.

yep, Victory at sea on the local cams. I bet there are some folks braving it in PCB though. I'll post a size report later if I can get out to the beach.

You know i think the funniest thing i saw yesterday was a guy from the other coast try and cut through the pier but instead go head on into the piling breaking his board in half.
and i dont think you will see me in the lineup in the morning considering there wont be anything but logs out catchin thigh high waves. hope the drive over here was well worth it lol.

some fun waves but hardly epic here in venice. reached head high yeasterday afternoon and today. its dying off quick now though. the crowd factor was ridiculous though, and the worst part was everyone was all psyched out for some badass waves but they just didnt come, so that made the tension go up. its weird i surf the oter coast and never runinto any problems, then when east coasters come over here they have to run around like they own the place. to be honest there are too many kooks on the gulf coast, people on the east coast just have more respect. i have never gotten dropped in on on the east coast in all the trips i have taken there. i prolly got dropped in on 30 times the last 2 days by people that just go straight...

nice shots for sure.Since your naming a specific break you might as well include a detailed map of where to park and how to get to it.People like you are what infects a good break. Thanks
