Slides into position at the waist. Your wetsuit drapes over a circular/I-beam bar 1.5 inches wide, eliminating shoulder wear damage and reducing wetsuit repair costs due to the wetsuit fabric delaminating and fatigue. This wetsuit hanger is the best choice for long term storage. I've tried them all over the years and this works great. Nothing else comes close to eliminating wetsuit hanger-wear issues. Not expensive. Made from recycled ABS plastic in the USA.

i have an auxiliary shower curtain rod and an oscillating fan in my bathroom. can dry all my rubber in about 4-5 hrs. cost me about 10 bucks and works perfect.

please don't litter this forum with shameless advertising, and digging up year old threads.

I haven't even had my first cup of Haterade yet today but $15 for a plastic hanger? Seems to me you can get a regular hanger and drape it through the middle and get the same effect.

    ClemsonSurf,
This is nothing like a standard plastic hanger. This hanger was designed with a 1.5" circular I/Beam bar to drape your wetsuit over at the waist. It's almost like draping your wetsuit over a pipe railing. It's strong enough to easily hang a wet 5/4 wetsuit or a divers dry suit. All the wetsuit manufactures reccomend waist hanging (some sell the SlideHanger in their stores) or laying flat. ALL shoulder hangers will ruin the shoulders.

Headhigh has the right idea. Sorry for the "litter and shameless advertising" I'm actually just trying to let folks know about this way of hanging a wetsuit.

    Take care

Headhigh- I get it. I am the designer of the SlideHanger. I'm new to the forum. I wont be posting adds. I surf Cardiff and Sunset Cliffs. Still surfing single fin longboards after 50 years. It's all good.

Matt- The Hang Goose is the only other waist hanger I know of. Waist hanging your wetsuit is is the best way.

Whitewater- It's cool to make your own stuff.
