I'm not the one who has my work email on my profile on a freaking public forum. Better run and fix that now.

I never went in his thread. Like I said I stay out of threads having to do with surfing. He came here and decided he did not like me. Most of those pics were posted on friends sites like justkate.me or facebook pages or on my old FB page I quit using in 2012.

And what is your problem Jawn? In the skate thread you were all like yeah man skating is cool get back into it. Now why do you not like me? Did I do something to you or are you just stickign up for a friend I insulted?

Backpaddling, surfing a contest every time you're in the water, and treating surfing like basketball sounds like a bad idea. There's more to it than that. Pecking orders are to be respected. Sharing waves is encouraged. Sharing stoke is the goal. Leaving the beach happy because of how many waves you caught and how hard you surfed is great. That buzz can last for days. But, how you got there is important.

Umm I'm guessing you are sayign I have never even met Yankee in real life and the answer to that is no. I met Tlokein from here to giev him and old Powell Mike V deck and some spitfire wheels so he could get back into skating. Other than that never met anyone on here.

To me this is all entertainment as well. I have never made anything up on here and not sure why PeaJay felt like I was saying I was some rich world traveling millionaire but like I clairified I am your typical almost 40 year old white guy. I drive a 4 door sedan, work in an office 8-5 Mon-Fri and lead a fairly boring life. I have said that at least 5 times on this forum in past years.

I have been to HI once, on my honeymoon, surfed Pine Trees on Kauai and it was waist high. Never been to CR, PR or anywhere out of the country to surf. Biggest wave I have surfed is prob 10 ft and it was fairly scary. I like waves in the shoulder to head high range and that is about it.

I rock climb, play golf, play guitar with a "hobby" band once a week on Sunday andtake my son to Cub Scouts. Not sure where any of this would come off as lying or braggin since it is not glamorus. I do however have a kickass job that I worked very hard to get, and now I have lots of leisure time at it due to the rank I have achieved.

Like I said I make more than enough money to live comforatable, save for retirment, buy guitars, golf clubs, surfboards and any other gear I want without saving up for months or looking for used stuff in need of repair. My life is not for everyone, my best friend is a teacher, lives at the beach and saves all year to go 3 weeks to CR or some other surf trip in Central America locales. He is happy doing this and I am happy for him. He says if he had to sit in an office all day he would kill himself. I say I would do the same thing if it took me half a year to scrounge up $3,000. To each their own I guess.

Sorry PJ, you make info public, it's public. Glad you fixed that for now. PS I would never mess with your work man. I'm not that mean.

I did go back and delete my post with your name and employer in it so if you want to delete your one quoting me it will be gone. It was more of the point that you said I did not know what you do so I took the challenge to see if I could find out.

Revealing "private" info? Cause your panties got in a bunch. Give it a rest. You are ruining the forum. No shame in my game, but still, I prefer the selective anonymity this forum is supposed to afford its users.

Okay so let me ask all you guys a question then,

How many times a year would you say you surf? I hear many of you say I don't surf becasue I don't live at the beach and I only get out around 15-25 sessions a year. Like I have said I only go when it's bigger than waist high (stomach if it's cold water) and no bigger than 1ft overhead or so (yep I'm a big wave pu$$y) and also when it's not blown out. In SE NC this is probably only about 30 days a year. So if I am getting 50-70% of the decent wave days surfed how does that not qualify? This is a serous questions I have for you guys.

So please tell me the min number of sessions one must surf to be a "surfer" in your eyes. Or is it just you have to live at the coast or there is no way to be a surfer?

Twas not private, he did not use the anonymity feature on his profile. He said I did not know what he does, I decided to see if I could find out. Two clicks later I did.

its crazy how when people get mad how much personal info they put out.i now know mr.carter works for a large firm and has computer time.im not hating on u rcarter,I know I basically put my whole life on this forum through thousands of small posts.its called human profiling or something like that, the cia does it.they analyze what u do for a living, how u spend your time, where u eat and develop a profile.me for example I posted I have a junkie father whom I havnt seen in many years,i work in construction,i like white castle even tho I havnt been there in years, what boards I ride, where I surf.im guilty of it

im just another nobody looking for a good laugh on this forum.sometimes we have a cool thread about surfing but very rare.it would be cool if there was actual threads on real life surf trips, like going to indo, where to stay where to score some smoke or suds, where not to go,but this isn't it.theres a lot of funny people on here
