Hatty Shortcut Directions

Ok so I have been asked for these a few times, and I finally got around to typing out a good set of directions. Im also feeling very generous today.

 

Alright, here ya go.

Get on to General Booth and go all the way down it. You will pass over Nimmo Parkway, then you need to take your next LEFT onto Princess Anne Road. So basically up to this point its just like going to sandbridge.

So after you take left on Princess Anne you will drive for a min, and then you will come to a stoplight. Going straight will bring you to sandbridge. You want to turn RIGHT at this light.

Ok so after that right, your gonna be on Princess Anne Road still (i know, this area is so damn confusing). Your gonna go down princess anne for a long while. Your gonna pass Pungo, and when you hit a place called creeds (there is a big school there) your gonna need to turn soon.

Ok so your on Princess Anne, you past creeds, and soon after will be your next turn. Your gonna turn right onto PUNGO FERRY, Not old pungo ferry, which is the turn right before, but PUNGO FERRY. There is big brick church at this turn.

Ok so old pungo ferry will take you over a bridge and will dead end. Take a LEFT at this dead end, you will be on BLACKWATER rd.

So when your on BLACKWATER your next turn is going to be a right on HUNGARIAN. I pass this turn pretty much every time, so keep your eyes peeled. The turn is right after the most depressing looking trailer you will ever see. You will probably be on BLACKWATER for about 2-5 min before you take the RIGHT onto HUNGARIAN.

Ok so Hungarian also comes to a dead end. Take a LEFT, you will be on SANDERSON.

Sanderson is really short and will bring you to another dead end. Your gonna take a RIGHT here, onto INDIAN CREEK.

So you go down INDIAN CREEK FOR 5-10 min. Your next turn is gonna be a left on GALLBUSH. GALLBUSH is another turn that is easy to miss so when your on INDIAN CREEK be keeping your eyes peeled for a left onto GALLBUSH.

Once your on GALBUSH you just drive down it till it ends, take a LEFT here and there you are!!!! On the road to hatty!!

So ya it seems really confusing, but it really isnt. Check out my directions on Google Earth and you should have no problems.

P.S. On GALBUSH your gonna pass over some train tracks right before you take the left onto the Hatty road. IT IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE, that when you pass over these train tracks, you and every passenger in the car must throw your arms up in the air, make a funny face, and let out a hoot. Seriously, its a hatty tradition, and if you take this route it is an absolute must. I can't stress the importance of this tradition, so please just make sure you uphold it.

P.P.S. From Pungo Ferry to Gallbush you can speed your ass off (its in the middle of nowhere), thats why its a shortcut.
