Statement one is true. Putin is paying people to have children. He wants to be the world leader in organic farming, and has banned all GMO's in his country. He's opening up to a more free capitalistic market economy within his country.

Statement three. If Hillary said that, she'd be lying to herself.

Statement four. If Putin said nice things about her, and she thanked him for the compliment, I wouldn't hold it against her.
