Word. Is there not evidence to support Clinton's guilt though, other than a settlement? Is there evidence to support Trump's guilt, other than a settlement? See the difference? Not saying it isn't possible, but there has to be proof to be considered a victim. Is it suspect that he settled? Yes. In the event he did nothing wrong, he probably figured that he could still lose the case and didn't want it going to court. Or maybe he did own some guilt, IDK. That's the whole point here is more evidence is needed to attach the allegations to him. Otherwise, it's just allegations. Maybe we'll never know, and honestly, I could care less at this point. Just fun to argue about it.

My .02. I sorta look at settling and pleading the 5th in a similar manner. If in your heart you are not guilty why would you shell out $000's?

I also look at both Slick Willy and Trump through a similar lens. Seems pretty straight forward that they both used their status to their advantage (and yes to the disadvantage of young immature ladies). I was reading about this 13 year old case. I can actually see the possibility of Trump being involved at these parties at some level (with Epstein)...He was definitely there. The fact that it is over 20 years later and possibly not going anywhere due to statute of limitations will be interesting considering her age.

What evidence aside from the settlement? All of the other women came forward AFTER Bill settled. And they were from years earlier. Doesn't that sound familiar?

But I do think Bill did everything he was accused of.

 

Sounds like a money grab to me. No surprise though. I think there is a huge difference between having an affair / cheating on your wife and assault. People say that their position of power is what makes it wrong, but if we're talking about a consenting adult then I see blame on both sides, but it's the dude who has to pay the hush money. Now if he did something they didn't want him to do then it could be assault. It's a fine line.
