i really like Nirvana, i consider that to be "grunge".

i consider all things that sound like pearl jam (sound garden, temple of dog ((which is them kinda right?)) and anything that has a lyricist with that "john fogerty taking a **** and mikeing his hole" sound to be not grunge, but buttrock.

Call me a hipster for subdividing genres, but i think the stark contrast in the musical result requires it.

 

also i love creedence and i hate to bring them into this with the fogerty reference but its the only way i could make you HEAR what I HEAR ya dig?
