Hello everyone! I am excited to have found this message board, and converse with others with similar interests...aka, the tribe. My friends just don't understand that I'm stoked. Just moved to the OBX from Boston. I have been surfing on vacations for about five years now. I finally decided to go somewhere where I can do more water sports/activities. Hatteras island seemed to fit the bill. Kind of bummed about the park service closing the lighthouse beach. It looks like there will be epic waves this week. Oh well! Maybe the shutdown will be over soon. Maybe I will see you in the water!
