sure i've surfed it. i've had the board for for 8 years. from the maturity level you have shown me, that would be more than half you age. i did not ask for every kids comment. if i wanted that i would ask my son or paddle to the inside and ask you. so please only serious replies.:)

Ive been doing some looking and couldnt really come up with anything. Here is a sufermag forum from a few years ago that has a "Islander" Surfboard on it that could possibly be from the same person...almost the same shape, just a little smaller. http://forum.surfermag.com/forum/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=813972&an=0&page=0 You might want to see if that person still has an active email you can get him at. The screename is BassExellante and it is almost halfway down the page. Good Luck and hope it helps

    Islander board

Cool board, sorry I don't know who the shaper is I got a '73 Sunset pulled dovetail, a '60ish Surfboards California super V and a '75 Nomad stinger pintail and no idea who shaped them but they ride great. Back then alot of Cats didn't sign the stringer or put the numbers on it,cuz most people could have cared less. Good luck on your search
