Help keep beach access public in New Jersey town

I know it's something that the average beach goer might not notice- but we here at swellinfo.com appreciate the many hours that you put in to keeping the beaches open and surfable!! Thanks!!

Deal and Rudy did not back down. They simply "tabled" the discussion on the proposed ordinance. They will simply wait until this negative press on the issue dies down, and then bring it up for vote again in the future. Probably around the holidays, or at another time of the year when people will miss the public notice (which will be hidden in the back pages of a local newspaper).

This puts pressure on everyone to be vigilant and watch out for when this resurfaces. Until then, keep the petition active, continue to collect votes, email the Deal council and mayor, and keep your eyes out for when this will pop back up again. Oh, one other thing.... no waves for Rudy.

 

I checked the surf today in deal. The News12 team was there looking for surfers to talk about the situation. Not sure if anyone volunteered but that may soon be seen on tv. also pretty sure that scumbag rudy was there. he looked jus like the pics you guys posted and his joke of a "surf camp video" i saw

 

I totally agree with you fins!!! Seriously we need to keep our eyes open... A few more months in the dead of winter... And then Rudy goes at it again!


Be careful- there are a lot of 'Rudys' up there in deal. They are all pretty much the same family and all look the same...
