Any of you guys know Eastern Lines Surf? Just curious, placed an order with them on Friday, and haven't heard back about the order being processed or shipped? And haven't been able to get a hold of them, just wondering if you guys can let me know this shop is legit, spent about $450, so a bit nervous haven't gotten and verification email but yet the money has been taken from my account. Thanks!
yeah i have been in there store a few times ,pre sandy ,they are legit . not sure though how bad of a beating they took from sandy i know they are beach front and were not open for a while .

They definitely got worked by Sandy, big time. I know a few of these shops have been trying to establish a bit of an online business to make ends meet. Definitely a legit shop though.
Legit Shop bro. They did get rocked, had to close up, but re-opened a month or two after sandy near main st. Now their shop is back and open at the original spot on Ocean Ave! They Got wierd hours during this time of year- before summer. Some days when you would think they are open, they are closed... so who knows, keep calling- in the early afternoon. I would not worry- its a big- major surf shop in the area. The only thing that could delay your order is the arrival of the summer/tourist/summer pro season starting next week- they may be pulling some loose ends together around the shop... Give them a ring, the employees are great!
I would not worry about the verification email... they might not do this since its a local surf shop and not Macy's...
I have been a loyal EL customer for almost 30 years. one of the best shops I have ever been in. Don T and all the employees are great. was in there a few weeks back speaking with Don about what they/he went through...and are still going through. however, they are back up and running. Don will take care of you for sure!
