Head High and Hollow today! Reports called for waist high, so I brought the longboard and the BLEF Gull Wing for a tryout. A little voice in my head said, bring the shortboard just in case. The BLEF did not get wet. Cams show it smaller elsewhere, but the spot was firing. Too bad the kids got off school for Veterans Day. they should have been made to go to a VA Hospital and do some service instead of being out surfing. Punks.

It was kinda crowded at the peak. One of my buddies was joking that I'm so old, he would block for me. I dropped in on him and then asked him why he didn't block for me. I kicked out before I got in his way, and then acted all surprised.
Yep. A buddy of mine got it good there this am. Mini barrels in Broward. Offshores all day. My back blew out on me again yesterday so all I could do was watch and cry or risk not walking again. Shoulda gone anyway...
