Guys I have been surfing for about 2years; however I still don’t know about ideal swell conditions. I love high tide surfing. Low tide was usually going to bring in better waves. What do think is better low tide surfing or high tide surfing?
It all really depends on your break. Each place is different. If you go to wannasurf.com or other sites like it they usually tell you the best tides for that particular break. There are a couple spots that I surf up here in the northeast that you cant surf at high tide because they break right onto the rocks. Usually only surfable at low to mid tide.
