You can find recent data for each station on NDBC
    http://www.ndbc.noaa.gov/station_page.php?station=41002

but also historical for each station is found by scrolling to the bottom of the station page and clicking on "Historical Data and Climatic Summaries" link.

    http://www.ndbc.noaa.gov/station_history.php?station=41002

    OR

If you don't know the station number use the classic maps >> historical to choose your region of interest.

    Hope this helps.

You can also get it through the weather underground's marine weather section.

click your region, then a buoy.
There you can select a date (it only goes back so far).
It gives you a nice graph and table.

or from the magicseaweed.com site that we all know and love =) Data is questionable, but the output is very easy to read.
