i'll be vacationing on holden beach mid-august. has anyone surfed there or know what its like?? any areas of the beach better than others?? im fairly new to surfing and im thinking of taking my 9'2 longboard. how about the sharks?? thanks!
No real shark threat but jellyfish love to hang at holden.... Decent surf and it's beginner friendly. You'll enjoy yourself I'll drop you a pm with some more info. Drop me a line when you get to the area and ,if you want, I'll join ya for a day.
