Breaks at low tide. Low Outgoing tide is best. Beach-break style. Sandy bottom. Rights and Lefts. Rarely breaks - Very infrequent. For inexperienced surfers. Fast, Powerless. Very short rides on a normal day/Short rides on a good day. Picks up North West swell and West swell. Starts working at 1 ft+ and holds up to 3 feet+. Watch out for camera men. Generally a good spot but rarely surfed. There really isn't much around other than a couple girls and spongers at high tide. The only reason this spot is listed as a low tide break is because at high tide the waves are prettier. The general atmosphere is that it's not that it's the only surfer's beach in the world and no one else other than locals come here, it's just that no one really knows any different.
One spot comes to mind in my local area. It's a left that only works on 8ft+ with a north east swell. Most spots get a little crunchy with wind and swell from that direction. It peaks on a rock ledge, then rolls into a rock sand mix cove. Very clean face and very workable. Being a left foot forward I don't take off deep in the peak. Freaky mind games. The weird thing about it is, nobody ever surfs it. So I enjoy it now but I'm sure it won't be long until surfers realize what they are missing.
