I mentioned it in my hand board thread, but I figured it deserves one of its own. When: Tonight, Dec 6, 6:30-9:30pm Where: Blockade Runner Hotel, Wrighstville Beach What: Hope From Helen Silent Auction benefitting many local causes and charities. Free food from Tower7/K-38, cold drinks (buy drink tickets), live music, awesome vibe and a good time. I took the hand board I'm donating there this morning and they already have the auction room about 1/3 of the way set up. Tons of surfboards, skateboards, art, knick-knacks, vacations, swag(shirts and stuff), crafts from crafty people and such. Drop in on it if you're around or have time.... it will be the only time you can drop in on tons of folks from the surf community and get a hug instead of getting vibed!
