    LOL, let the Hate resume.

Seriously Reb, you're pretty much overthinking this thing. You want to get back into surfing shape? It's already been said before on this here tread, but it bears repeating:

    JUST SURF.

I've done things that have helped my surf conditioning like yoga and light cardio (I'm a life-long weightlifter, lol) and that's all they do...they help. Nothing gets you into surf shape like SURFING.

Look up Don Redondo's quote about surfing. Then go surfing. It's not as hard as taking wax off your board.

how does one quit surfing for 10 years? Don't tell me because you got a job in Kansas or your wife and kids wouldn't let you, or some bull**** like that. If you are a real surfer you don't quit unless you get injured or ill.

With any luck at all, Ortega will force you to be in his presidential cabinet, raddamoron, because why? Because you are a self-described expert at everything as well as the finest shreddah that lives in the Jerz.

Be sure to bring your shinebox, sparky.

That forecast is bogus. The waves are full of kooks and wannabe surfers, fueled by the mega amount of surf shops in the country now. Every idiot who ever wanted to surf out there taking "lessons" on 9' softies, whooping and cheering each time one of them belly rides through the whitewater. Nicaragua is ruined, just like Costa Rica...

I'm not kidding about Nicaragua, especially in Rivas province. Haven't been to Indo for about 15 years. But in the day a great place; Not too crowded, except for the classic breaks on Bali. Lobok Island... baguz, baguz!

    I found something for you....

    "Welcome to PaddleAir

PaddleAir products take a revolutionary approach to putting your body in an elevated prone position using an adjustable inflation chamber that is integrated into a stylish wind-shirt, rash-guard type garment. The result is a comfortable and highly functional paddle-wear designed to relieve the everyday body stress of prone paddling and put your body in a position to make stronger paddling strokes.

    Creates a stronger paddling position
    Relieves repetitive stress injury (RSI)
Adds comfort to ribcage and abdominal areas"

Not kidding; they cost around $120 USD. Their site... http://paddleair.com/ Nothing I'd like more than an air bladder right under my ribcage. Especially when ducking in overhead plus.

No, not really. Many true ardent surfers quit because they do not want to be associated with morons such as yourself. Think about it - you have one view of life - surf always or you are not a "real" surfer. Moronic, and tunneled vision, ain't it? So, the fact that many more surfers do not quit listening to your verbal vomit informs me that all surfers must be morons, me included. So don't take my words personally as I do include myself. But....you are still a moron.
