And I'm sure the common man would have way more rights.

Indeed. My life. My way. That's the way it'll stay until I'm dead or incarcerated; Neither are in my plans.

Only problem is majority of the "common man" are ignorant and sedentary. The people with great ideas and vision are NOT common and cant get a foothold in politics because the common folk are preoccupied with what's her name's ass and who f'd who or whatever. The common folk don't want change, they want cheaper CTAV and more reality TV.
If law and policy was really dictated by the masses we'd be f'd.
Now... CYC on the other hand, see now there is an uncommon fellow. He'd see to it that the UNCOMMON PEOPLE are better off...
*** The current political system is inhabited by common, morally corrupt individuals - It seams to be a perquisite. If you can lie and tell idiots what they want to hear and then never deliver on promises and blame the "other side" you too can have a lucrative career....

Underage consumption, but isn't that like a right of passage or something?
I blame it on my friends for getting caught... idiots.

Policy and laws are dedicated to maintaining status quo at the expense of the working class, we are still pretty fkd, hows it different?

Once while underage which led to 40 hours of community service. Got caught on a dirtbike on the street.

Once while an "adult" which led to a lawyer bill, but still a clean record. An altercation in which I may or may not have unintentionally broken the door to a restaurant. All I wanted was a burrito.

The masses don't currently dictate law or policy. It is unilaterally applied to us. If it were dictated by the masses you would have a country that was more like a Jerry Springer show than a government. $hit would get done, but nothing worthwhile. and the top 1% income wise would fly the coupe without the laws and the policies in place that keep them in the 1%. So yeh, it would be different.
The masses are not capable of ruling a productive society. Not that the currently elected officials are either...

Done with the side track... back to fisticuff stories please.... sorry for the derailment.

    3 times.

    1. dui (bull**** charge-moved my car from one side of the driveway to the other to let someone out at a party that I planned on sleeping at , didn't smell the bacon watching from the alley) got knocked down to refusal to submit (same fines no dui on record at that time) cause every time the cop said blow into this I told him "you blow it you look like you like to blow"

    2. possesion of weed (yeah I had it but for the record it should be legal) dropped to conditional

    3. my favorite - dui/felony assault of officer/ 6 felony weapons charges / possesion of weed. This was bull**** too. Drank too much went to sleep in back of car not knowing any better put the keys in the ignition for some heat. passed out woke up to being pulled by my feet up kicked one swine unconscious before realizing it was the popo. then they beat me down. charged me with felony weapons for every screwdriver and box cutter in my toolbox. Good karma won though. lab lost the bud and the cops car cam got them in trouble for not attempting to wake me before ripping me out of car then 5 of them beating me down worse than need be. Would have been able to go Rodney King if I didn't throw a strike. Lawyer argued that I was just being a responsible drunk for not driving and I ended up with a fine and disorderly conduct.

    this thread is getting good.

I never been busted for underage drinking, but everytime we drank,my one boy would get locked up.its funny because hes the good kid from the good family,im the scumbag from the scumbag family.he just always had to go overboard with it,like hey I can drink more than u,then he ends up in cuffs lol.one day,lol it was actually my birthday we were partying in the woods, and we start heading home, and for some reason this douchecanoe pulls out his knife and starts slashing random peoples tires.(now I may be a lot of things, but one thing I never did and never will do is mess with another mans ride.i wouldn't want to wake up and see my tires slashed)so we keep walking and 5 minutes later,we are on a one way facing the woods,6 cruisers pull up,im telling my boy u better run.well he didn't,ended up getting popped for underage drinking and he had a few vials of blow.

one more sad story id like to share about my buddy.we were drinking again at a friends house, big party.my buddy again drank too much and blacked out.we were shoving broomsticks up his azz, although I doubt it penetrated through his denim jeans, but we kept fukin with him and eventually we started drawing dix on his face and a bunch of other dumb shyt.well this kid finally woke up after everyone was gone, and he walked home, not knowing about all the crap drawn on his face.this kids mom by the way,is like if hitler had a daughter with Madonna, this would be the kids mom, stonecold crazy bitcccch.anyway his mom called his probation officer and got him violated and he got locked up for another 6 months.sad but true

Ironic that you violated him... then his mom did... then his probation officer did... then there was the possibility of more violating in the lock up.

Never, surprisingly. Was involved with alot of smuggling and trafficking back in my youth. Even had DEA agents in my house on a few occasions. Left town/state i was living in, in the middle of the night before raids thanks to an inside tip. Went legit when I became a parent. Been legal but struggling ever since. Clean record though and the man can kiss my posterior.

    One of my friend stories:

I used to chill with a guy named crack head Joe (we named him that cause he just started smoking crack and went deep end) when I lived in SC. One day he calls us up and hes like party over here. We go and we r shooting Jack. Just to give you the mental picture this guy was like 5'10" 350 no shirt speedo's only and his hair shaved leaving only 2 devil horns gelled up. We were getting wasted and he screams "I wish I had tattoos draw on me with sharpies make it cool". We draw ill **** all over him and I write I hate cops on his chest. He takes the sharpie and in the spirit of the moment writes crack den on his front door then 10 min later passes out on top of a plate with like an oz of shake on it or to those who don't understand finely ground weed. Everyone leaves, 2 hrs later the cops break down his door and find his fat ass with an oz of weed stuck to his sweaty fat body and I hate cops written on his chest. A week later I saw him in an orange jump suit picking up trash on highway 501.

once, in my early 20's in college. Wanted to relax the night before an organic chem test the next day, so I scooted on over to my local bar. Had a few drinks and like a dumbass ended up catching a dui on the way home. I also learned that calling a police officer captain plastic badge doesn't help the situation. Needless to say, I spectacularly failed my test the next day.
