How much You Lift?

    lol. I keep thinking I should eat healthy and be at the top of my game in fitness, but I'm too lazy too...

    225 bench

    forgot deadlift

    been to a few different "box's" for crossfit, now i just do my own wod's

    mostly run tho, did the cooper river bridge run under 45 minutes.

    best 5k time is 18:18.... still came in like 10th place overall

    250 bench for reps
    355 back squats for rep
    250 BB rows for reps
    405 deads for reps

    lolz all your numbers look like sh!t from an 8th grade bowliling physical.. 325 bench lolz you till tweezing your pp's too? sound like a bunch of sissy cats, make a new tread how planet fitness is so amazing wile your at it

    So a friend and I (not Livesurfish) were messing around in our school weight room after school and he sat on this thing (don't know what it was called) and lifted 200 pushing his legs up, like sitting down and pushing his feet up. I was completely oblivious to how strong he was until then haha

    Gotta disagree, I do a bootcamp that is a rip off of crossfit. I'm probably the scorn of the group because I still drink and eat fast food, but I notice a huge difference in my surfing when I'm doing workouts a few days a week versus not doing them. My chi may be strong as a mafuka, but if my muscles are weak, so is my surfing.

    bench 225 for 28 times, hate doin that cause steals the blood from my dong and sends it to my chest
    deads- idk the whle rack and whatever weight is on it
    wtf are squats if you do legs and aren't using that time in the gym for curls you most prob take it in the a$$

    oh and pushups like 140 in two mins
    its hard to work out when the bench is on your line up boat

    since we are actually talking about weightlifting lol,il share a few tips I learned over the years.theres 2 ways to getting big,machines and deadlifts or whatever they are called(lifting dumbells).the machines,they get u toned.to actually become a meathead u want to lift all freeweights.
    what my buddy taught me many years ago,its better to do 5 reps beyond ur max,then do 10 reps of what ur comfortable at.

    for example,if u can bench press 200 at 10 reps,go for 220 at 5 reps.like I said in the other thread,the mind gives up before the body.theres times when u got ur 4 reps in and ur elbows feel like theyr about to pop out the skin,go for 3 more.thats how u get big.
    I remember I showed up at the gym to meet my boy one day and I was stoned lol,he made sure he pushed me to the absolute limit,we did legs,i seriously barely made it out of there.first time I seriously did legs and it was a surreal feeling.funny thing my buddy is strictly against bud,like seriously against it,afterwards we stopped at 711 and I bought a few ditches(duuuutches this auto correct aint letin me type)and someone in the store behind me or infront me came out and asked my boy for some bud and when I came out I literally saved this dudes life my boy went crazy(probly from the roids) and had to explain to him don't beat up this little stoner he only saw me buy some merchandise lol.it was some funny shyt tho,wish I could go off on people like that,the kid probably shyt himself,no exaggeration
