I very much agree. One should only be responsible for themselves and their belongings.
I was trying to get Bubonics take on the matter. He seems like a good hearted dude and may be respectful with that responsibility in that task.

    Scobes are you Bubonics?
    I'm so confused!

In all reality though, a lifeguard would be the first person you should trust. No?
It's the individual's insecurity and selfishness to ask such a favor. I definitely would never do such a thing and never have.
It was not meant to be a malicious comment.
Since when has everybody gotten serious here?

I flat out confront people who leave trash. Not on my beach! I know ish can happen but when I see people just being wankers and trashing the beach I'll say something in a non threating way to give them a chance to get it right. If they get douchey about it I let them know what the fine is. So far it's worked every time.

I poo on the beach early in the morning, just before putting my wetsuit on.
There is nothing wrong with that, is there?? I mean....it's "natural"!!

    o barry

As long as you don't poo plastic I reckon it's natural. Be polite and bury it. Ya might want to ease up on the prune juice too. Laird says don't poo in the water! You ever thought about how much piss is in the water on those crowded days?
