no, just want to keep it (more or less) subject-related. if you (or i) want political rants, there are plenty of political forums out there where you can spout your nonsense.

also, in the interest of veracity (& i know i'm feeding the monster here, guys. the educator in me just can't ignore ignorance), true communism doesn't prevent or oppose free speech. that's totalitarianism you're thinking of. a true communistic society has never been achieved on this planet; human greed & lust for power always corrupts the budding communist society.

90% of the posters on here get schooled daily and disappear. And it's typically the same ones day after day. As much as I enjoy this forum, I gotta say there are some real idiots on here. It's painful to read sometimes.

I hear you... But I actually meant 99% of the people in his life, not just on here. You know if he has to go on to a SURF forum every single god dang friggen day with a new anti-American post he does it in his daily life.

I used to work with a dude like that. Every time he'd come around everyone would sigh and say "here comes the douche again." I don't think he knew everyone hated him even though he was told daily. It's really just sad and kind of pathetic.

 

Come on dude, one should refrain from spelling errors while insulting the intelligence level of forum members. Competent. I think there's actually quite a few intelligent fellows on here.

As far as chich's politics...I personally avoid these topics b/c we're all so fuc*ed it doesn't matter where you lean when the sh!t hits the fan. I like the fact that he posts some cool stuff on the natural world occassionally. Anyone who promotes biodiversity is cool in my book.
