so started off at the cove/whitney where a cop was hassling people walkin up about some fountain leak. waves were decent considering how unorganized it was. Inside was critical, outside was nice but a looong paddle. went to 3 chop i mean piers, and its was blown away. surfable none the less. alot of guys coming up satnding watchin, sayin "this sucks" and i assume they never got wet....def got worked when you wiped. at least we got swell, "ya just cant get it (swell) when you want it, like almost evrything else." Scored! Howling offshores and some of the longest clean little waves! Then had a blast at the campsite w/ camp neighbors and laughed about all the stray cats in jetty park. Cop asked every site if they've seen "Steven" and to look out for a black jeep w/ caution which creeped us out, but made for extra silliness all night after the green smoke took over and the beers got low. Sunday was too friggin cold to get outta the tent @ 7, so got up @ 9 to surf more waist high perfection peelers! The occasional Shoulder high set would come in until the tide dropped out, but they just kept comin. The crowd was funny and not so serious... Definitely an awesome weekend trip!
nice nice def sounds like stoke u had a great time. camping drinking and surfin. throw in a lap dance from a rented stripper and i have died and gone to heaven.....see i was lookin for u guys i car jacked some guy here in bradenton for his black jeep. funny police contact ec and wc on saturday. must take a trip to ec after new year. hopefully this weekend has something smooth in store here on wc. i wont hold my breath though.... how much to camp?
25 no electric... pretty steep! It's better to just get down to longbar point. It's only $17.00 and 2 min. from spanish house and S.I. The winds kept us in cocoa this weekend though. only offshores on CFL. ...and we think stevn was the wasted 60 year old man we heard slappin his wife around when we got there. Had to move sites, it was a bit rough!
