Swellers. Anyone have a review/opinion on hurley suits- the 503 in particular? I may be buying one today and don't want to waste my money.

I got the 403 from that online sale. Seems lighter than my Xcel and thinner, but keeps me quite warm. I went out the other morning for some slop to hop, temps in the 20s, i felt great. I think they make the suit just a little too long. Supposed to max out at 6'2" on the XL, but I could be 6'4'' and be OK.

I am curious about its durability. 2 sessions and I can see the glue, but I always stress me wetsuits.

BTW, I am in VB if that helps.

I haven't peed in it. Perhaps that is what hurts the glue.

They suck.... If you want a durable suit, don't get a hurley

I've been wearing a 3.2 by them for about 7 months. Daily use, weekends 2-3 sessions.

Holding up pretty well for me, I'm very pleased.

    Exceptionally warmer than my Xcel.

thanks. Had an Xcel suit for about 4 winters and need another hooded 5/4. Not trying to break the bank. Would love to score one on whiskey militia again but dunno when they unload them. Any other best bets for hooded 5/4s? Hyperlight has some for reasonable price.

thanks but nothing there for me. Anywhere to get a Xcel drylock for less than $300?
