I'll tell you what, we had a great couple days in Rhodey but it would've been twice as good if not kookified. Many a good ride down the schitter from an inopportune drop-in. You had the right idea.
I believe they were surfing a spot called "bahakalua." seriously I don't get the hype with people like oh these drones are blowing up our spots or this dude videotaped a secret spot.as a foreigner not in your state,i speak for all outsiders when I say we don't care about your spots.we have spots here that we surf and seeing a web edit isn't going to make us come to your spot.maybe the pros with money like sam hammer and bal stack will come invade your territories but the rest of us will be surfing out spots at home.when we take surf trips its to somewhere good like Hawaii or indo,not the northeast or outerbanks.
From the first shot of the beach I felt like I recognized the spot, and it was confirmed at 1:17/1:18. I've been there a few times, and have really wanted to see what it was like during a nice swell... but what about the point on the west end by the oyster farm and the tower? I was exploring and that looked like an epic left if the swell was big enough and could wrap around
What spot? where? waves suck?! The majority of people that surf, don't get epic barreling waves at all. Magazines/propaganda alter out minds in what we should think what surfing is(barrel and airs). This video is what surfing really is, group of friends on a adventure to whined down and enjoy a great day! I love both the criticisms and praises. Most of us surfing are married, real jobs, families and busy life. We are not Pro surfers but in our minds we were ripping that day! Not bad for a no budget surf clip. Keep the STOKE flowing.

Never understand the spot burn accusations. If I don't know the spot, a video of a guy surfing it still doesn't clue me in to it's location. If I recognize it, it's because I surf it already. Nice video, looked fun. Scored a little myself that day, me and 100 of my closest friends.
