Yeah man, and if you're 5'9" like me some of those shoulder high sets were head high hahahaha, I'm glad i'm not a tall fella, not to mention i have no problem finding clothes or shoes in my size. I don't think it was that big everywhere, but the place I was at had partial rock bottom so it jacked up nicely, never been to that particular spot until this past weekend, so guess where i'm going next time....

Don't you boys be gettin me jeeped up only to be let down. SUPman I'm stoked for you. Bet those good sessions have a lil sumthin to do with the peace and optimism you seem to be gaining with your impending move. Inner game equals outer game, brah!

I'm still out there 5-7 days a week in 6-12 inches of clean rollers or mush. Always plenty of basics to sharpen no matter what the conditions and sometimes the small stuff is perfect for quantity of reps in a single area during a smaller session. Gotta remember I'm at a beach break and the bigger the swell, the more it seems to change by the minute, which makes it difficult to isolate reps in a given technical area.

Man, we had it made in April and May. I'd have to look at the log but I think I rode for 19 straight days before taking a day or two off then going something like 22 more consecutive. Spoiled, yes. But can't wait gor sustained swell again!

I've been meaning to look this up recently. Seems like there is more SSE swell wrapping into VB this summer so far. I was thinking the Bermuda High must be far enough east that the south swell originating from the SW quadrant of the system was able to travel up the coast vs. sending all of that swell into the southern part of the OBX.
