I was out of town for Danielle and Earl so hoping for Igor waves. Figured I'd get the ball rolling. From what I can tell, Igor looking pretty weak thus far. They're only giving it a 17% chance of becoming a Cat 2 by Tuesday of next week. Discuss.
I want some waves! It's sickening for it to be September with the still warm water and to see a completely flat forecast.
Forecast says it'll be a major hurricane by Wednesday now, just as it turns slightly north. The path looks similar to Earl and Danielle so far, no?
****ting bricks Im daring to say this but i hope we see hurricanes straight into January. dying for more of those barrels like Earl dished out
This thing looking downright beefy now for late next week. Couple days and we'll find out if Bermuda will still exist after next weekend.
Call me a curmudgeon, but I'm so pissed this thing gonna bring surf on the weekend instead of a solid Monday or Tuesday...
It just would have made it that much better... Anyway, looks good for Monday too. Worried about Bermuda.

Is this swell hitting the North East (NY,L.I.,R.I.) by Sunday or more like Monday/Tuesday? I'm reading conflicting times between here and a couple other sources. http://hurricane.accuweather.com/hurricane/atlantic/2010/igor/storm.asp?partner=accuweather
