not in regards to the onion,but to local authoritays,so its dangerous to surf a long period groundswell in 70 degree water,but a nice winter south swell in 34degree water is fine.never understood their politics.because of "ripcurrents" lol,if ya don't know ur way around a rip,maybe ya should watch from the sand
