I've been a loyal Hyperflex fan for a long time due in part to great suits at reasonable prices but also due in part that they are based out of NJ and I always do my best to support the local economy. I never really thought too much into it, but I guess I assumed everything Hyperflex was manufactured in Jersey. I just looked at the tag on a pair of hyperflex hotsocks that I've had for a while and the tag clearly says "Hyperflex Millville N.J. MADE IN CHINA" Is Hyperflex manufactured overseas and just distributed out of Jersey?
I asked that same question to the guy at wetsuit world in Stone Harbor ,NJ. He said that it says made in China cause thats where the materials were made but the Suits are assembled in Millville , NJ. All the Neoprene, Zipers, Velcro ect ( materials ) come from china . That how it was explianed to me
It feels like i just found out my wife was cheating on me...o well, they are still great suits regardless. I guess the China-man has his hand in everything nowadays
