I'm guessing u guys are talking about goodfellas?..

that's the thing with organized crime/mafia,u can do a murder in the 70s,and get picked up and put on trial today.them crimes have no statute of limitation, case open they lookin for u.

I remember when I was in school I got into a big argument over what movie's better, goodfellas or casino.i always loved casino, think that's the best mob movie of all time, joe pesci, deniro as a jew lol..goodfellers woulda been better without ray liotta.

    Godfather all the way.

"Can you get me off the hook Tom....for ol' times sake?"
    "Can't do it Sally"
"Tell Michael it was strictly business. I always liked him."

I grew up in an Italian household. Godfather is scary close to Italian American culture and customs. The way they interact is perfect.

Wicked is a great show for the fam. The tree isn't up yet at Rock Center.

If you don't mind dropping some coin, go to Wolfgangs for the best steak of your life. The one in TriBeca is best. Or if you find yourself in the Village, go to Babbo on Waverly. Or Batali's other joint Esca for fish on W43rd.

Wolfgang is great. Peter Luger is where he should go though

Luca Brasi "he sleeps with the fishes."

Brasi was portrayed by Lenny Montana, an actual Colombo henchman in real life. Director Coppola could pick 'em in the early movies.

"You can act like a man!" Don Vito to Johnny

I like the dining room better at Wolfgang's. The menu is basically the same. And Wolfgang's takes credit cards... Luger does not.

Get a bagel and lox from Russ and Daughters on E. Houston (pronounced Howw-ston), which is a cool area to walk around. The E. Village, Soho, Chinatown is actually pretty cool and you can bring your friends some pretty realistic looking Rolexes to show how rich you are. Avoid midtown. It's just a shopping mall with worse people.

Good luck getting a reservation for Lugers anything short of two months in advance. Especially on the weekend. Might as well hit up Wolfgangs or Mortons.

I just found out this past summer, after my folks passed away, that my grandfather was probably knocked off by "La Familia." The Utica, NY Mob in the 50's... I'm still the "baby of the family" at 52 so they had to protect me from some family history. crazy...

You had fam in Utica, NY? So did I: grandfather was kind of a big wheel in that small track. The Utica mafia was real, you're right.

Born and raised in Syracuse, NY.
Syracuse, Utica, Buffalo were like the upstate NY mob tri-area. Really crappy, depressing areas...

Go to Citi Field on Saturday to watch the Mets even the series. It'll only cost you and your family 10,000 dollars. Each.
