wowzas... A really good looking refraction swell sun/mon

Coincidentally, I overdrafted today and have some bills due by fri. I only get to go when the forecast makes the drive worth it and that I can actually afford the gas. Someone in the past mentioned I was a rich A$$ prick on the forum, but never knew I shaped my own boards, bought previous year closeout wetsuits, bike to local break, and carpool to EC to save coin and surf more! (guilty of spoilin myself with poly thermal rash gaurd n shorts tho )

Anyways, I don't wanna spoil anything, but hope swell and money issues come together. If not, there will be another swell and money for gas in the future... Oh, and my mansion overlookin reef road.

Until then, Im goin out b4 work for leftovers tomorrow (wed) 36 deg @ 7am. Heater in the car will be better than the one on the bike, so drivin. Anyone else?

    water pump is bad

i gots car troubles and have to take it in this am

went out at 2 yesterday with the wind. me being the begginner that i am found my head on a swivel lookin for a wave.

paddle out north of northern most pier and by the time i got outside, (or almost outside) was at the 2nd pier threatning to touch that thing. so came in between piers and its like theres 2 kids hopping on a water bed.

so i did about 1 hr of floating and paddling yesterday with 1 wave i rode on knees (bunking bronco kook style) for 10 seconds.
i dont think ill be hittin that **** nemore unless its 50 with little to no wind. i cant learn nothing from wave action like that.

on a side note i got to try out my new hoodie my girl sewed up for me. works great.
so im the guy who looks like a rooster out there with the red spikes comin out of the top of hoodie. its pretty ****in cool.

so yeah i was the floating rooster. only 2 other guys out when i was there.

what up no vibe st pr can i get a bawk bawk.

    bawk back

Was surfing @ 715 today.... gloves/booties/hood/thermal layers/hot water jugs made it possible. Rode the alaia and had an amazing 1h 1/2 session. Never got my face or hair wet, It wouldve made it miserable. Overall, a very nice way to start the day. Nothin got numb!

Didn't see any roosters @ the pier yesterday when i drove by... just make sure to leave the bread and pickles at home, the bull sharks have a thing for chick fil a
I did get 1/2 a barb of a stingray out of my wetsuit and booties tho. Gotta love lido

Yea looks like a choppy drifty kinda weekend...

We all need to pray for another "12/26", BUT take absolute care in anyway to prevent any kind of jinxes, bad karma, or dirty chi from affecting whatever kind of swirling pressure system that could or could not be coming...

I'd say it was just luck... Got stung last year where they sit at the ankle high ledge at the water's edge. If the sun hits it right in the morning and it's flat you will see them every 4-5 foot. I'm convinced all the uneaten pancakes from the holmes beach pancake buffet get tossed in the salt and get angry and grow stingerz...

Water temps there are what? High 50's, low 60's? I'm going to be down in FL (Sarasota area) tomorrow and for the rest of the week. I'm ready to get in the water if it's any good, but seriously guys, how cold is it? You guys make it sound like you're surfing in the arctic down there. I was in the water on Monday here in New England and the water temp was 43 degrees, air temp was 32.... I can't imagine I'm going to need boots or gloves down in FL...
