I've got a Xcel XFlex 4/3 that is 2 years old. It isn't horrible, but I'd like something new, and a little better. What would you guys recommend? I can't spend a fortune, but I also know that you get what you pay for. Any suggestions?

If you want something for $100 that will last 2 or 3 seasons (maybe longer depending on frequency of use and care), they are all pretty much the same in that price range. If you want to move up in price to the $200 plus range, I would recommend Rip Curl. I have a 3/2 E-Bomb that I wore even in Feb and March (w/ gloves and booties). Super warm and flexible. Plus, the warranty/customer service is incredible. A plastic piece came off the chest and a seam in one of the corners of the neck came unglued. Sent it back (a year after purchase - normal warranty period) and they sent me a new one at no charge!

I actually had to get my Xcel repaired after about 2 times out and their customer service was good as well. Just an FYI.
