    it is off a pier... definatly not east coast, check how hollow that wave is...

    gulf coast florida?

    most of the forum traffic has actually been in the local forums rather than the global forum. so thats prob why your not getting that many guesses.

    yep... it sucks....

    it sent the panhandle plenty of head-high love-shacks like this though.... CJ and Damien hobgood surfed pensacola a few hours after this picture was taken..... i'll try and find the video on surfline..... CJ get's the longest barrel i've ever seen at pensacola beach

    That's a sick wave, but I feel bad for the person on the inside who's going to get smashed.

    Hurricane swells are great, but the damage when they make landfall is always heartbreaking....

    naahhhh... it's not too bad.... that wave is on the second sandbar... water is a good 18-20 feet deep, sand bottom... it's way more gnarly on the inside
