Lol, that movie was brutal. Oddly enough I like snakes, used to look for them ever since I was a little feller. Would kill to see a rough green snake in the wild.
I hate those ****ers. Try to get one but they run 100mph. I love when they run at you and try to camoflage themselves in your clothing. Living near the beach or river always brings in the cave cricket spider. These things look like demon spiders, they can move really fast but they can also jump like crickets.
This happened in my apartment years ago. I saw a decent sized spider, not like the huge ones on here but a decent size. I stepped on the thing to kill it and 100 hundreds of little babies hatched out at the same time. Then, I'm running around trying to stomp all the babies. Freaked me out.
Happened to me a couple weeks ago. Only thing i'm thinking when that sh*t happens is, murder death kill.
Poor grasshoppers...I am pretty much the same and intentionally have plenty of spiders inside the house right now, since I am still in the midst of a remodel... With the doors and windows basically open most of the day, many things find their way inside, and that is why I let the spiders stay (they eat everything). Provided they remain off of my bed, they can live for a while longer. I was actually trying to save that one spider, but my young Siamese is half feral and wickedly fast. 2nd story: I was at a BBQ festival last fall and some guy walked by with his leg in a cast and an IV hanging out of it. He had just left the hospital and was flying on something, after having had surgery for a brown recluse bite. He showed me where he had previous bites from them, as well. I suggested he sue his landlord. 3rd story (snake): When I first arrived up here for the remodel, a 4' Eastern King Snake, morph, was in the yard, and it was absolutely beautiful. I have yet to see it again or any photos online like it.

That huntsman photo makes me pretty psyched about the first hard frost of the season up here in MA. I like the warm months, but OTOH, mass seasonal bug extinction is pretty sweet too.
